Leicester City boss certain that they can replace Kante
Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has ensured the club's supporters that they will be able to replace the departed N'Golo Kante, who joined Chelsea this month. The French international joined the Blues in a 50 million GBP transfer deal.
Leicester City have already moved quickly to sign Nampalys Mendy from Nice and club insiders suggest that Mendy is the perfect replacement for Kante.
"I think the same as it was last season with (Esteban) Cambiasso," said Ranieri. "It was difficult to replace but we replaced. It is the same, football keeps going, doesn't stop.
"Football can lose me, Wes (Morgan, Leicester captain), everybody, but the other people will continue to play football.
"I think we are a very good squad and we will see, if something more we need, our chairman is ready to buy."
