Arsenal pair face FA over clash

Arsenal strikers Emmanuel Adebayor and Nicklas Bendtner could be investigated after they clashed in the 5-1 Carling Cup loss to Tottenham

Seven minutes towards the end of the game there seemed to an altercation between the two strikers, with Bendtner left holding his nose after the incident.

Skipper William Gallas was left to seperate the two players.

"I don't know exactly what happened [between Adebayor and Bendtner].

"They know they made a mistake and maybe they will have to the boss and explain why they did that. They are young and they have to understand that."
