Juventus to revive Matuidi interest
Juventus will reportedly ready a fresh attempt to sign Paris Saint-Germain ace Blaise Matuidi. The Old Lady were determined to land the midfielder over the summer but Les Parisiens blocked the move at the final hurdle.
The France international has since revealed his sadness at missing out on the switch, and he could push for an exit when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
Italian source Tuttosport suggests that the Serie A holders are still keen on the midfielder despite Les Parisiens being adamant the player will pen a new deal at Parc des Princes.
Juventus' officials are expected to hold discussions with Matuidi's agent in the coming months in order to ensure the player moves to Turin at the earliest opportunity.
Matuidi has appeared in over 225 games for Paris Saint-Germain since linking up from Saint-Etienne in 2011. He was recently part of his national side that came runners-up to Portugal at Euro 2016.
