Pardew: Zaha Is Worth £50M
Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has said it would take a bid of £50M for him to consider selling Wilfried Zaha.
After rejecting a bid of £15M for Spurs in August, Pardew said he had to convince him that Palace was the best place for him to continue his development saying. "Of course I spoke to him. I want someone to blow the doors off if they're going to come for him, not having him go to somewhere as a squad player for £15-£16M."
He also added "When you see someone put £50M that's when you can think about it. That assist for the first goal, i can't ask for more."
Zaha was Palace's Player of the Year last term and Pardew continues to heap praise on the young Englishman saying "If I was to mark him out of ten I would give him a ten, that's how good his attitudes been."
During his two spells at Selhurst Park, Zaha has evolved in go an effective winger and a cult hero at the club.
