Jose Mourinho asks Bailly about Man Utd target

Manchester United head coach Jose Mourinho was recently in discussions with defender Eric Bailly over the progress of Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessie.

Bailly, who joined the Red Devils in the summer, has closely watched the teenager while playing for the Ivorian national side.

Kessie, 19, has previously highlighted that the Red Devils are his dream club, and this seems to have captured the interest of Mourinho.

The 'Special One' has enquired over the player's potential with national teammate Bailly just hours after it emerged that he could be on his way to Chelsea in January, France Football reports

Kessie has been a solid at the heart of the midfield this season, and this has seen Atalanta propel to fifth in the Serie A standings.The teenager has amassed six goals for his side this term.
