Alexis Sanchez off to China?
Chilean ace Alexis Sanchez could be lured to the Chinese Super League, should he fail to resolve his future at Arsenal. The 27-year-old has less than two years left on his Gunners contract.
The forward has stalled on negotiations over a fresh contract at the Emirates as the club are reluctant to match his £200,000-a-week wage demands.
According to The Mirror, Sanchez is open to the prospect of joining a club in the Far East after he reached a standstill in discussions at the North London outfit.
Sanchez has been key to the Gunners' progress in recent seasons, and the club are likely to postpone talks until next year with the hope of securing his long-term future.
German international Mesut Ozil is also believed to be in a similar stance, and the duo will take some convincing to accept a salary package of around £165,000-a-week.
Sanchez is currently on £130,000 weekly wages whilst Ozil earns about £10,000 more than his teammate.
