Julian Draxler confirms Wolfsburg exit plans
Reported Arsenal target Julian Draxler has admitted that he has plans of leaving Wolfsburg at the turn of the year. The German international was denied a summer exit from the Volkswagen Arena.
Draxler, 23, had iterated his desire to leave the Wolves in the summer with the likes of Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain keen on his services.
However, he was denied a potential exit by the Bundesliga outfit, who later fined him a week's wages for trying to force his way out of the club.
Agent Fabio Parisi had recently suggested that his client will be on the move in 2017, and this led to jeers when Draxler took the pitch during Saturday's 3-2 defeat at the hands of Hertha Berlin.
To add to the story, the World Cup winner has now clarified that his stance remains unchanged on departing the German side and he understands why the fans are reacting.
Wolfsburg have made a dismal start to their Bundesliga campaign, and are currently just two points off the drop zone.
