Spurs to return for Wilfried Zaha
Spurs to return for Wilfried Zaha
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly mulling over fresh attempt to sign Crystal Palace attacker Wilfried Zaha. The England international has been in fine form for the Eagles this term despite their poor position in the league standings.
Zaha, 24, was the subject of a £21m bid from Spurs in the summer, but the Eagles snubbed the offer deeming to be below their valuation.
According to Squawka, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino maintains a keen interest in the Eagles footballer, and will lodge a renewed bid for his services in January.
Zaha has already netted three goals and six assists in the league this season, and he is said to be open to a move to White Hart Lane in the future.
The £25m-rated winger wants to improve his chances of making the Three Lions squad, and this is likely to urge him to leave his current employers.
