French striker hints at EPL move?
France international Alexandre Lacazette has literally confirmed that he will seek a fresh challenge away from Lyon in the summer.
The 25-year-old had been on the radar of the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and West Ham United last summer before he decided to stay put with Les Gones.
In an interview with Canal plus, the Frenchman admitted that he could leave his present employers in the summer in order to pursue a move to a different league.
"I think that the right moment has arrived to leave," he said. "I think that this summer I will need a change of scenery and discover something else.I will continue to work, in the hope that good opportunities will come this summer."
Lacazette has scored more than 20 goals in each of his last three seasons at Lyon, and he looks set to better his record with 21 goals in just 25 outings for the Ligue 1 side this term.
