Arsenal lining up £40m bid for French forward
Premier League giants Arsenal have expressed their desire to sign Celtic ace Moussa Dembele at the end of the campaign.
The France international has been in stunning form for the Hoops since his switch from London side Fulham in the summer of 2016.
With 26 goals already in all competitions, Dembele has attracted interest from a whole host of clubs including Liverpool, and Chelsea.
According to The Mirror, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a keen admirer of his compatriot, and is prepared to bring the striker to the Emirates in the summer.
Dembele left the Cottagers for a mere compensation of £500,000 last summer but the Gunners will now have to cough up a fee in excess of £40m in order to sign the French youngster.
The 20-year-old is likely to be picked by Didier Deschamps' Les Bleus for the World Cup qualifiers in the coming month.
North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur were previously keen on the marksman 12 months ago before a disagreement with Fulham pulled the plug on the deal.
