Martial rules out summer exit?

Manchester United winger Anthony Martial has insisted that he would like to stay put at Old Trafford for many years to come.

The France international has failed to replicate his form from the previous campaign, and this has seen being dropped on a regular basis by manager Jose Mourinho.

Martial, who is the most expensive teenager in footballing history, has impressed in recent outings versus Watford and Saint-Etienne, and he now feels that he is content with his role at the club.

"I love Manchester, I love the club and I love the fans. They give me a lot of joy and I really enjoy having them backing me." he told Sky Sports News.

"I try to be as good as possible to make them happy, to satisfy them, so what I just want is to stay as long as possible at this club."

Martial is due to score the 25th goal of his United career in the coming games, and this would trigger a clause which would cost the club an extra £8.5m to former club AS Monaco.

The forward has netted seven goals and six assists across all competitions for Manchester United this term.
