Chelsea plan to reward Antonio Conte
Chelsea will reportedly reward manager Antonio Conte with a new long-term contract ahead of a busy summer transfer window.
The Italian head coach looks on course to earn to earn his Premier League title in his maiden English campaign with the Blues having distanced themselves from their rivals.
As it stands, the Blues hold a significant seven-point lead over second-placed Tottenham Hotspur, and a victory over West Bromwich at the Hawthorns on Friday night would secure the English crown.
According to The Mirror, the west London giants are keen to discuss new terms with the former Italy boss with Inter Milan hot on the pursuit of his services.
Conte, who has two years on his previous deal, is due to be rewarded with a contract extension with the promise of a substantial transfer kitty to spend on new recruits.
The 47-year-old has already earmarked his options for the coming transfer window with the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Virgil van Dijk among the top names on the list.
