Tonight's the night for Chelsea

Tonight could be the night that Antonio Conte's Chelsea side open up an unassailable lead at the top of the league, and take the Premier League trophy back to Stamford Bridge for the fifth time.
The Blues have been at the summit of the Premier League for the vast majority of the campaign, and after holding off a challenge from fellow Londoners Tottenham Hotspur, look set to be crowned champions once again on Friday evening.
Chelsea travel to West Bromwich Albion knowing that three points will make it impossible to be caught. The Baggies have been impressive this season, but recent form has taken a nosedive, making Chelsea comfortable favourites for this fixture.
Even if Chelsea secure the title on Friday, they will have to wait until the final day of the season to lift the trophy, when they face Sunderland at Stamford Bridge, an event which will rub further salt in the wound of travelling Black Cats fans, who see their side rooted to the bottom of the table.
