Antonio Conte looks resigned to losing Hazard and is now demanding Real Madrid include their own starlet Marco Asensio as part of the deal to sell the Belgian to Los Blancos.

Eden Hazard has been on top of Florentino Perez's transfer list for a couple of seasons and Real Madrid are believed to be inching closer to their target. It has been another brilliant campaign for Hazard who led Chelsea to Premier League glory this season, scoring 16 goals and assisting eight.

Antonio Conte is resigned to losing his star player to Los Blancos, but the Express had reported that the Chelsea manager now wants Real Madrid's very own starlet Marcos Asensio as part of the deal.

The 21-year-old was bought by Real Madrid in 2014 from Mallorca in a six-year deal for €3.9 million. A couple of loan spells back to his parent club Mallorca and Espanyol later on has definitely been beneficial for the midfielder as he has been a breakout star for Zinedine Zidane's side this season.

His statistics in La Liga have been brilliant, creating 23 chances, completing 494 passes with a massive passing accuracy of 89 percent. The midfielder has also managed to grab nine goals this season, including two in Real's lead up to the Champions League final.

However, the Express has also reported that Real Madrid will block any advancements for the young Spaniard which could lead to Chelsea demanding a much higher price for Hazard.
