Wenger chasing 90 points
Wenger chasing 90 points

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger believes the Gunners need 90 points to make certain that they become Premiership champions. Man Utd currently lie only two points behind, but Wenger feels after hitting 60 points at the weekend, another 30 should be enough to secure the Premiership.
"We have 60 now and that is phenomenal. I don't know how much will be needed but it looks it will be around the 90s," he told the club's official website.
Arsenal have reached 90 points before - in their unbeaten season - and Chelsea too have twice hit the milestone scoring 91 and 95 points when they won the Premiership.
Manchester United on the other hand, have twice scored over 90, with 91 in 1999/2000 and 92 in 1993/1994.
