Arsenal star to push for Bayern move?
Chile international Alexis Sanchez will reportedly push through a move to Bayern Munich during this summer's transfer window, The Times reports.
The 28-year-old enjoyed a top season with the Gunners with 30 goals and 15 assists across all competitions, but despite this, the club fell short in their quest to attain Champions League football.
According to The Times, Arsene Wenger's extension at the Emirates is unlikely to have an influence on Sanchez, who is prepared to join the German champions this summer.
Sanchez is eager to play his trade in the Champions League next season, and it is suggested that he would fend off interest from domestic rivals Chelsea for a switch to Bavaria.
Meanwhile, fellow teammate Mesut Ozil is also concerned by the Gunners' lack of title ambition, and he could push for a similar move elsewhere with his contract due to expire in 13 months' time.
Arsenal endured their worst season under Wenger last term as they finished fifth in the Premier League, just a point adrift of fourth-placed Liverpool.
