Fergie and Ron grab awards

Man Utd pair Sir Alex Ferguson and Cristiano Ronaldo have won the Premiership Manager of the Month and Premiership Player of the Month awards respectively. The award is Sir Alex's 20th whilst being Ronaldo's 3rd.

Ronaldo's rich vein of goalscoring form has taken his Barclays Premier League tally for the season to 19 and has been in unstoppable form of late.

Sir Alex has kept Man Utd well in the hunt for the Premiership only two points behind league leaders Arsenal.

Ronaldo last won the award in 2006.
