Monaco invite bids for Thomas Lemar

Monaco have invited all clubs to make a move for France international winger Thomas Lemar, after slumping to a heavy 7-1 defeat to PSG in the Ligue 1 match yesterday. The 22-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League.
Arsenal and Liverpool are long-term admirers of Lemar but it is understood that Chelsea are now also in the race to sign the winger, who is comfortable playing anywhere across the midfield.
Lemar is valued at around £35 million by Monaco and the French club's vice-president Vadim Vasiley confirmed that the club would put him up for sale after yesterday's defeat: “A few hours after the match against Paris is not the time to talk about the transfer window. But good luck to those who want him. He won't come cheap."
It is also understood that Juventus are in the race to sign Lemar, but are not comfortable paying more than £25 million for the player.
Lemar has three years remaining on his Monaco contract.
