Middlesbrough want Amr Zaky

Middlesbrough are ready to add to the Middle Eastern contingent with a reported summer move for Egyptian striker Amr Zaky. Tottenham and Man City have also been linked with the striker, but Hossam Mido has recommended the player personally to his boss Gareth Southgate.
Currently playing for Al-Zamalek, Zaky has a formidable goalscoring record. He too has brought this record to the international stage, where he has a good record for Egypt.
His performances in the African Cup of Nations caught the eye, and he was responsible for helping his country into the semi finals.
Zaky is believed to be in discussions with his club about being allowed to move to the Premiership - initially on loan - with the option of a permanent deal after a three month spell.
The 24 year old has spent a short time in the Russian leagues with Lokomotiv Moscow, but some great performances have captured the attentions of several scouts and Middlesbrough look poised to make a move for the 6 foot 1 striker.
