Manchester City monitoring Mario Lemina?
Premier League holders Manchester City are reportedly monitoring the situation of Mario Lemina and have identified him as an alternative to Napoli's Jorginho.
The Citizens have been heavily tipped to sign Jorginho from Napoli during the current transfer window but so far, they have found no success with the Serie A side rejecting their initial bid.
With this in mind, the Mancunian giants have already begun their search for potential alternatives and Lemina is said to have particularly impressed City boss Pep Guardiola, according to The Mail.
The Gabonese footballer joined the Saints from Southampton in the summer of 2017 and he made 25 league appearances in their mere relegation escape last term.
Meanwhile, City's previous target in Fred has already agreed to join arch-rivals Manchester United in a deal worth £47m. The Brazilian was a prime option for City last winter but they refused to match Shakhtar's price tag.
