Jack Wilshere to hold talks with Unai Emery
Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is expected to hold talks with manager Unai Emery before deciding on whether to extend his stay with the north London club.
The Engishman's current deal expires at the end of this month but reports have previously suggested that he is willing to extend his stay with the Gunners.
According to Evening Standard, Wilshere is said to want assurances of a regular role under Emery next term and he is due to have a meeting with the head coach to get a clearer picture.
Wilshere had a relatively good campaign last term where he made 38 appearances for the club across all competitions but his tendency to suffer minor niggles hampered his chances of making the World Cup.
London sides West Ham United and Crystal Palace are currently said to be monitoring the midfielder's position with AC Milan also understood to be weighing up a contract offer for the Arsenal graduate.
