Arsenal attacker 'determined' to fight for his future
Arsenal forward Lucas Perez is determined to fight for his club future despite the reported from the likes of Lazio. The Spaniard has returned to the Gunners after a decent loan spell with Deportivo La Coruna and he is now keen to impress under new boss Unai Emery.
According to El Desmarque, Perez has decided against pursuing a permanent exit from the Emirates after being offered a second chance by Emery.
The 29-year-old recently featured in the 8-0 friendly win over Boreham Wood and he is now expected to travel with the team for the next part of pre-season in Singapore.
Emery has previously watched Perez in action during his time with former club Sevilla and reports have suggested that the manager was keen on signing him for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2016.
Perez, who has yet to earn a national cap, has two years left on his existing deal with the Gunners. He made just two league starts during his maiden Premier League season between 2016 and 2017.
