Arsenal goalkeeper stalling over Besiktas move
Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina has supposedly turned down a move to Besiktas this summer after reaching a stumbling block in terms of the wages involved.
A report from The Sun recently claimed that Ospina could be heading to Istanbul with the Black Eagles prepared to reward him with the number one role.
However, according to Sabah, that does not appear the case with the Colombia said to disagree with the salary package offered by the former Turkish champions.
As a result, Ospina may consider a move elsewhere with Turkish duo Galatasaray and Fenerbahce also said to hold an interest in the former Nice man.
Aside from Ospina, the Gunners are also expected to part ways with Carl Jenkinson and Joel Campbell before the transfer window concludes across Europe.
Arsenal begin their Premier League campaign with a home game against Manchester City tonight and a surprise victory would surely make Unai Emery an instant favourite among the club's faithful.
