Besiktas target Liverpool goalkeeper
Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius is a target for Turkish side Besiktas, according to The Sun.
The German goalkeeper is currently an understudy to new signing Alisson Becker, after losing his place due to a series of blunders, especially in the UEFA Champions League final loss to Real Madrid last May.
Besiktas were also said to be interested in Simon Mignolet, who lost his place to Karius before the arrival of Becker.
The Turkish side want Karius on a season-long loan, and according to the report, that is the likeliest move.
Napoli are reportedly interested in Mignolet, and the goalkeeper is happy with the prospects of moving to Italy.
Liverpool are happy to let either Karius or Mignolet to leave as they are only in need of just one.
Alisson Becker made his Premier League debut for Liverpool over the weekend, keeping a clean sheet as Liverpool thrashed West Ham United by four goals to nothing. Karius only settled for a place on the bench.
