Sarri reveals what Morata needs
Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri has said that striker Alvaro Morata needs confidence and to score amid complaints from fans about a lack of goals.
He made this known ahead of his side's Premier League clash with Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
There are doubts about the ability of Morata to get the goals for Chelsea this season, but the former Napoli boss has revealed he is not worried about the Spaniard.
"I am not worried about Morata. I think in this moment he only needs to gain confidence. He is a great player. He needs to score," Sarri said, football.london reports.
The former Real Madrid player scored 11 goals in 31 Premier League games last season. He has not scored in the league since the beginning of April.
Morata played in Chelsea's first league game against Huddersfield Town last weekend, and is expected to feature against the Gunners on Saturday.
Last season, the league game between these two sides at Stamford Bridge ended in a goalless draw.
