Thierry Henry set to enter into club management?
Arsenal manager Thierry Henry is reportedly among the candidates being considered to succeed Gus Poyet as the next Bordeaux head coach.
Poyet is presently under a suspension after criticising the club's owners for the sale of Gaetan Laborde to Montpellier and he is likely to be dismissed in the coming days.
A report in France overnight suggested that the Gunners favourite has already agreed terms with the Ligue 1 outfit but according to Sky Sports News, talks are still ongoing regarding the same.
Henry has already stepped down from the Belgium assistant position as well as quit his punditry role with Sky Sport and Bordeaux may offer him the stepping stone to start up with his management career.
Earlier this summer, Henry was strongly linked with the Aston Villa job with reports suggesting that the club's owners may dismiss Steve Bruce but they ultimately decided to stick with the the latter, who took the Villains to the playoff final last term.
