James Milner to leave Liverpool?

Former England international James Milner could reportedly seek a return to Leeds United from Liverpool next summer, should his former side make their Premier League comeback.
The 32-year-old left his hometown club back in 2004 and he has since enjoyed a successful career where he has featured for likes of Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Manchester City before making the switch to Anfield.
In the current season, Milner has played a pivotal role in the club's title push with nine starts in the opening 12 league games but his future nevertheless remains a topic of discussion.
According to The Star, the ex-England international is monitoring the proceedings of his boyhood club and he may seek to rejoin them, if they manage to secure a place in the top flight next season.
Milner's current deal with Liverpool concludes at the end of the ongoing campaign and he could potentially join Leeds on a Bosman, should contract negotiations fail to progress.
Leeds have made an impressive start to the season under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa and they are currently one point behind the automatic promotion positions in the Championship.
