Cesc Fabregas in contact with Serie A giants?

Serie A heavyweights AC Milan are said to have contact with the agent of Cesc Fabregas with a view to pushing through a Bosman move at the end of the season.

The Spain international has been a regular for the Blues over the past four seasons but the current campaign has been different with him earning just 48 minutes in the Premier League.

Moreover, the Blues have yet to extend his contract beyond the summer of 2019 and this has further intensified speculation regarding a potential move away from the club.

According to Calciomercato, the Rossoneri made already made contact with the player's representative and they are likely to discuss a pre-contract when the transfer window reopens.

Fabregas has exclusively started in the Cup and European games for the Blues this term and his three appearances in the top-flight have all come from the substitutes' bench.

He has previously indicated his ambition to extend his Blues stay but the club have yet to show any indication that they would be willing to prolong his existing deal.
