Marko Arnautovic responds to transfer speculation

Austria international Marko Arnautovic has dismissed the ongoing speculation regarding his West Ham United future amid the interest from Manchester United.

Arnautovic's brother and agent recently suggested that the attacker may prefer joining a bigger club in the Champions League and the move could happen at the turn of the year.

The former Stoke City man has thereafter been heavily linked with a move to United but writing on his official Instagram account, he has taken the opportunity to rebuff the gossip.

"To all the fans don't put bad energy into comments. Nothing is true from the newspapers its [sic] not always good to believe what u [sic] read," he wrote in a post.

Arnautovic has already suffered a couple of minor niggles this term but this has not hampered his performances with five goals from just 10 league appearances.

He is expected to lead the line for the Hammers on Saturday afternoon where they are scheduled to entertain league leaders Manchester City at the London Stadium.
