Eden Hazard to leave Chelsea in January?

Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has reportedly been linked with a surprise exit from Stamford Bridge when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.

Hazard has been the Blues' standout performer during the ongoing campaign and he has already netted eight goals which includes seven in the Premier League.

Despite this, his future has come under question on a regular basis and according to OK Diario, the Blues have accepted to the fact that the attacker is likely to leave the Bridge.

It is added that the Belgian could even make way from the club at the start of 2019 with Real Madrid keen on bolstering their attack front after their poor start to the season.

Los Blancos have looked far from impressive with their league form since the beginning of the campaign and a shock 3-0 defeat to Eibar over the weekend sees them six points behind table-toppers Sevilla.
