Bournemouth plan winter move for Liverpool striker
Bournemouth are reportedly planning to make an attempt to sign Dominic Solanke on a short-term loan from Liverpool when the transfer window reopens.
The Cherries started the season in a bright fashion which saw them just behind the top-four positions but they have since dropped off with four successive league defeats.
Amidst this, the club are understood to be eyeing another marksman to add competition for places with Jermaine Defoe likely to part ways with the club at the turn of the year.
According to The Sun, the Cherries are weighing up a loan approach for Solanke, who has yet to make an appearance for the Reds in any competition this term.
However, the move is not straightforward with the Reds said to want assurances of regular gametime for Solanke which has not been the case with Defoe this season.
Callum Wilson and Joshua King have been the regular picks for Bournemouth upfront this campaign and Howe has shown a reluctance to rest the duo, barring when either has picked up an injury.
