AC Milan want permanent deal for Chelsea midfielder
Serie A giants AC Milan are keen to push through a permanent agreement for Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
The Frenchman struggled to make a big impression during his debut season with the Blues last term and this saw him make the switch to the Rossoneri on a year-long loan during the summer with the option to buy.
However, the midfielder thereafter produced a couple of average performances which increasingly frustrated manager Gennaro Gattuso and it had been suggested that the Rossoneri could terminate his loan deal in January.
But he has since managed to rectify his mistakes with impressive performances amid the injury absence of Lucas Biglia and Calciomercato suggests that the Milan outfit have had a change of thought.
It is added that the San Siro outfit may seek to push through a permanent deal worth £35.7m at the turn of the year with the Frenchman having won over both Gattuso and the Milan hierarchy.
