Arsenal plan to resume talks for Barcelona midfielder
Arsenal are still in the hunt to sign out-of-favour midfielder Denis Suarez from Barcelona despite their inability to make permanent transfers this month.
Gunners boss Unai Emery confirmed earlier in the week that the club have no money to spend in the transfer window, thereby presenting a potential roadblock for their winter business.
Despite this, the north London club remain interested in acquiring the signature of Suarez from Barcelona and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, talks are set to resume between the sides on Monday.
Suarez has endured a difficult campaign with the Spanish champions this term and he has appeared a combined four times in La Liga and the Champions League while failing to make a start in either competition.
He has already been the subject of interest from West Ham United this month but reports indicate that he won't be leaving the Catalan outfit for any other side than Arsenal this month.
