Liverpool eyeing shock move for Chelsea attacker?
Liverpool are understood to be monitoring the proceedings of Callum Hudson-Odoi whose contract with Chelsea expires at the end of next season.
The England youth international has shown no interest in extending his deal beyond the summer of 2020 and this has presented doubts whether he will remain with the club next term.
According to SportBild, the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich are weighing up bids for the teenager this summer, but they could face competition from the Premier League in the form of Liverpool.
The Merseyside giants are said to be keeping tabs on the youngster since the beginning of the season but they decided against entering a transfer tussle with Bayern at the turn of the year.
Bayern had made as many as four bids for the Englishman during the winter period but Chelsea were adamant that their graduate was not for sale at any price.
Hudson-Odoi has yet to make a Premier League start for the Blues. He has still earned a surprise call-up to the England national side and could feature in the forthcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers.
