Arsenal scout Ajax attacker against Juventus
Arsenal had reportedly sent scouts to watch David Neres in action during Ajax's 2-1 triumph over Juventus in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
The 22-year-old has been in a good run of form for the Eredivisie outfit this term and he has already notched 12 goals and 15 assists for the club across all competitions.
According to The Mail, the Gunners kept a close watch on the player's performance in the recent Bianconeri clash and they are now pondering over a possible approach for his services in the summer.
Aside from the Gunners, Manchester United and Everton are also keeping tabs on the progress of the youngster, who played an influential role in Ajax's recent Champions League quarter-final triumph over Juventus.
Arsenal have lacked the presence of a natural winger in their ranks barring Alex Iwobi this term and Neres has been earmarked as a probable candidate to improve the options in the wider attacking department.
