Nicolas Pepe's agent confirms transfer interest ahead of the summer
The agent of Nicolas Pepe has confirmed that there are no clear favourites to sign the Lille forward when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
The Ivory Coast international has been in brilliant touch for Lille through the campaign, and his tally of 19 goals and 11 assists has put the club in the driving seat to secure a Champions League spot for next season.
His performances have already attracted interest from the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Bayern Munich, but his representative has stressed that there are no front runners for the forward's signature at the moment.
"We are in discussions with clubs. No decision has been taken. Today, there are no favourites, be it Bayern Munich or another club. Nicolas will not go just anywhere. We have not decided on which league," agent Samir Khiat told RTL.
Pepe is currently valued at around £68.8m and Lille president Gerard Lopez has recently cited that clubs could be willing to match the price tag when the transfer window reopens.
A club from the Chinese Super League had matched the valuation at the turn of the year, but Pepe is said to have turned down their advances to join a top European outfit in the future.
