Manchester United still keen on signing Tottenham Hotspur defender
Manchester United are reportedly still keen on signing Kieran Trippier from Tottenham Hotspur, provided the north London side are willing to lower their asking price for the right-back.
The Red Devils are in the market for a new right-sided defender this summer and Trippier has been earmarked as one of their prime targets for the transfer window.
According to The Mirror, the Mancunian giants are interested in pursuing the England international this summer, but they are reluctant to make a formal offer unless Spurs reduce on their £30m price tag.
Otherwise, United are likely to pursue a young reinforcement this summer but reports indicate that they may look beyond Aaron Wan-Bissaka of Crystal Palace, considering his £45m valuation.
Diogo Dalot enjoyed a positive campaign with the Red Devils last term but the club are still keen on strengthening the right-back spot with Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmian expected to leave the club while Ashley Young has been inconsistent.
