United make fresh bid for Wan-Bissaka

Manchester United are reportedly planning a fresh bid of £50m for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who is currently in the ranks of Crystal Palace.

The Red Devils are keen to pursue a new right-back this summer with Antonio Valencia expected to leave the club while the likes of Ashley Young, Matteo Darmian and Diogo Dalot have failed to impress defensively.

United were recently deemed to have failed with a £40m bid to secure the services of Wan-Bissaka and The Mirror now claims that they are preparing a renewed offer worth £50m to acquire his signature.

Still, the anticipated proposal is likely to fall short of the Eagles £60m valuation and it remains to be seen whether United are able to convince the south London outfit into a sale.

United have already reached an agreement to sign Daniel James from Swansea City this summer and recent reports suggest that a deal could soon be reached for the services of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting.
