Leicester City star wants to hold face-to-face talks with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Maddison wants Ole talks before deciding United move

Leicester City midfielder James Maddison is reportedly keen on holding face-to-face discussions with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who is eager to sign him for Manchester United.

The 22-year-old only made the move to the Premier League from Norwich City last summer but he managed to impress for the Foxes with seven goals and seven assists during the 2018/19 campaign.

As such, he has been linked with a big-money move to Old Trafford this summer and The Sun claims that the midfielder is keen on holding personal talks with the manager without intervention of his agent.

The former Norwich City man is presently on international duty with the England Under 21s and the personal interaction is likely to occur following his return from the tournament.

Maddison has also been linked with a potential move to Tottenham Hotspur this summer but the club seems unlikely to match the £60m price tag which has supposedly been set by the Foxes.
