Wan-Bissaka set for United move

Manchester United are reportedly on the cusp of signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace after agreeing on an initial £45m fee for his services.

The right-back has been linked with the Red Devils in the past few weeks and it now appears that the club are on the verge of sealing his signature.

According to The Guardian, the Mancunian giants are understoos to have struck a £50m deal for the defender following a fresh round of negotiations with the Eagles.

The same publication claims that the club will part with around £45m to land his signature with the remaining £5m to be settled in the form of performance-based incentives.

Wan-Bissaka has recently been on international duty with the England under 21s at the European Championship but he did not experience the best of times as the team were eliminated at the group stage.

Manchester United are understood to have scheduled a medical for Wan-Bissaka at their Carrington base and the procedure is likely to go through once the defender is permitted to hold talks with the club.
