Leicester City set to make transfer decision on Harry Maguire
Leicester City are set to reject an opening bid of £70m from Manchester United for the services of defender Harry Maguire.
The Red Devils have been constantly linked with the centre-back over the past year and of late, it has been revealed that they have made a formal £70m approach for the defender.
However, according to PA Sport, the offer is unlikely to be sufficient to lure the England international, considering the Foxes are said to want at least £90m to sanction his sale.
The same publication reports that the Foxes are under no financial burden at the moment and they won't consider anything less than the mentioned price tag for the 26-year-old.
Aside from Maguire, United have also been associated with a potential move for Sean Longstaff from Newcastle United with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer keen to fill the void left by Ander Herrera's exit.
The United boss has encouraged the board to finalise the deal before the club's pre-season tour. The Magpies are likely to demand in upwards of £20m for the midfielder.
