Tottenham Hotspur close to their third summer signing?

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly moved closer to acquiring the signature of Ryan Sessegnon from Championship side Fulham.
The north London giants have held a long-term interest in the teenager and it appears that they are now on the cusp of signing him from the Cottagers.
According to The Telegraph, Spurs are in advanced negotiations with their London counterparts for Sessegnon and a deal worth £20m plus add-ons could be agreed for the 19-year-old in the near future.
The same report claims that the move has been aided by Fulham's interest in Spurs duo Josh Onomah and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, but the deals will be sorted separately.
Sessegnon had a tough debut season in the Premier League last term but he still came up with two goals and six assists for the Cottagers, who were eventually relegated to the second tier.
Spurs have made two signings during this summer's transfer window with Jack Clarke and Tanguy Ndombele joining them from Leeds United and Lyon respectively. Clarke has been permitted to return to Leeds on loan for the 2019/2020 campaign.
