Everton have reportedly agreed on an initial fee of £29m to secure the signature of Moise Kean from Juventus this summer.

The Toffees have lacked a regular scoring presence upfront since the departure of Romelu Lukaku two years ago and they have been keen on sorting the issue during the ongoing transfer window.

According to The Telegraph, the Merseyside outfit have agreed on an initial £29m fee for Kean with the remaining £5m to be settled in the form of performance-based add-ons.

It was previously indicated that Juventus want a buy-back clause inserted into the striker's contract but the Toffees are said to have avoided the option by accepting that the Bianconeri will be given first priority for the player's sale in the future.

Everton have so far landed the services of Fabian Delph and Andre Gomes. The latter of those has joined them on a permanent basis from Barcelona after a successful loan stint with the club last term.
