Ramos open to Pogba move to Real Madrid

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has said that the door is open for midfielder Paul Pogba to make the move to the Bernabeu.

The France international was heavily tipped to join Los Blancos during the summer but ultimately, he ended up staying put with Manchester United after the move failed to materialise.

Pogba has since been ever-present for the Red Devils in the Premier League but there continues to remain speculation regarding his future with his contract expiring in less than two years' time.

Amidst this, Ramos believe Pogba would prove the perfect fit for the 13-time European champions, given he can provide the balance to the team with his offensive and defensive attributes.

He said: "I think Real Madrid always has the door open for good players such as him, for me, Pogba is one of the great players. I think he brings balance to a team. He has a great offensive influence and he has this amazing physique."

Pogba bowed out of international duty with France this month after a minor ankle injury but he is expected to return to action with United when the Premier League action restarts this weekend.
