Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos talks up move for Pogba
Man Utd midfielder Paul Pogba has been linked with a transfer away from Old Trafford for several months, but so far the French international has stayed put. It is understood that Real Madrid are weighing up a new offer for Pogba in the January transfer window.
Sergio Ramos has praised Pogba today, calling the midfielder one of the best players in the world and suggesting that Real could make a return transfer move for the player.
Ramos quipped “For me, Pogba is one of the great players. He is different and he has shown his value at Juventus and now Manchester United.
“I think he brings balance to a team. He has a great offensive influence and he has this amazing physique.”
So far Real Madrid have yet to lodge an official bid for Pogba, but manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted that he will do everything in his power to keep hold of the World Cup winning former Juventus player.
Real Madrid are reportedly ready to spend upwards of 120 million euros to sign the midfielder in January.
