Pogba close to injury comeback

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba could reportedly make his injury comeback in time to face Manchester City in the Premier League next month.

The Frenchman has been out of action since the end of September with an ankle problem but he has recently begun his rehabilitation after the cast was removed from his leg.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently presented doubts regarding the midfielder's comeback in early December but The Sun claims that he is on track to make his return to the playing field in 10 days' time.

The Red Devils have a tough beginning to December with games against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City and the Frenchman has been fancied to at least make the matchday squad against the latter.

The World Cup winner has been heavily linked with a mid-season move to either Real Madrid or Juventus but United seem unlikely to sanction any kind of deal until the end of the campaign.
