Manchester United manager praises player with different class
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has heaped praise on Mason Greenwood, who helped the Red Devils salvage a draw against Everton in the Premier League.
The Red Devils had gone into the game on the back of three successive wins in all competitions but it was the Toffees, who found the breakthrough after a goalkeeping error from David de Gea contributed to Victor Lindelof's own goal.
In the second half, they stepped up their performance and it was eventually left to club graduate Greenwood to find the equalising goal, shortly after coming off the bench
Speaking after the match, Solskjaer was full of praise for the teenager and acknowledged that it could be hard to leave him out of the future Premier League games.
"Mason Greenwood is different class in and around the box. You’re not surprised when he scores goals. It makes it hard for me to leave him out," he was quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
Despite managing only a stalemate, the Red Devils have closed the gap to fourth-placed Chelsea to four points following the Blues' shock 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday.
