Arsenal to swoop for French Ligue 1 striker?
Arsenal are reportedly plotting an approach for Moussa Dembele from Lyon amid the uncertain future of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at the club.
Aubameyang's current deal is due to expire at the end of next season and he has yet to commit his long-term future to the north London giants.
According to Le10Sport, the Gunners may be prepared to listen to offers for the Gabon international, should his contract standoff extend beyond the summer.
It is added that they are already looking into a replacement for Aubameyang and Dembele is one of the players being monitored by the talent-spotters at the club.
Dembele has been in fine form for Les Gones this term and he has amassed 10 goals from just 18 appearances in the French top-flight.
Still, there are doubts regarding his future with the Les Gones and there is the speculation that they could cash on his services in at the right price.
Dembele had been come close to joining Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League in January 2016 but Spurs could not finalise a deal with Fulham.
