Arsenal midfielder's agent confirms exit talks
The agent of Granit Xhaka has confirmed that the Switzerland international will part ways with Arsenal when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
The Swiss midfielder had a furious bust-up with the Gunners fans earlier this season and that saw him stripped from the captaincy and did not feature for the club for a number of weeks.
He has since been able to make his comeback with the dismissal of manager Unai Emery and has emerged as one of the club's consistent performers over the past few games.
Despite this, Xhaka's agent Noguera has revealed that the midfielder has already agreed personal terms with Hertha BSC and only the transfer fee needs to be finalised with the Gunners.
"Look, I will say it frankly and honestly, we are in agreement with Hertha BSC and would like to go to Berlin. Arsenal was informed about all the steps, the player and Hertha are clear. It's only about the transfer fee of the clubs," he told BLICK.
Xhaka played through the entire 90 minutes of the recent 1-1 draw at Bournemouth in the Premier League. He had an impressive outing with a passing success of nearly 95 percent.
