Bruno Fernandes makes Manchester United transfer decision
Bruno Fernandes has reportedly told Sporting Lisbon that he is keen on sealing the switch to Manchester United before the close of the January transfer window.
The Portuguese has been tipped to join the Red Devils since the turn of the year but so far, no agreement has been reached between the sides with United reluctant to meet the £68m asking price set by Sporting.
According to Sky Sports News, the midfielder has clearly stated his desire to make the move to the Premier League with United this month but that may not necessarily pave the way for his departure from Sporting.
Sporting have already declined a package of around £60m from United for their prized asset and reports have indicated that a fresh round of negotiations could be held in the coming days.
Fernandes recently featured for Sporting in the 2-0 defeat to Benfica in the Primeira Liga and he is expected to take part for the club against Braga on Tuesday night unless United can reach a transfer agreement.
